About the position
The Outreach Executive (OE) at Oak Street Health is responsible for building relationships within the community to engage Medicare seniors and encourage them to become patients. This role involves collaboration with various outreach and community relationship managers to drive patient growth in assigned territories. The OE will utilize sales techniques, community outreach, and relationship management to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with community members to engage Medicare seniors.
- Generate leads through event execution and local community outreach.
- Maintain knowledge of internal sales systems and marketing programs.
- Prospect and cold call new leads assigned to you.
- Nurture prospective patients via email, phone, and networking.
- Collaborate with Community Relationship Managers and other Outreach Executives to drive lead generation.
- Maintain consistent touchpoints with prospects to drive new patient growth.
- Capture and record customer information in the CRM system.
- Act as a point of contact for clinical and center teams regarding patient inquiries.
- Resolve concerns and complaints from prospects and patients.
Requirements
- Ability to quickly connect and influence the right people.
- Comfortable navigating external barriers to create positive experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Team player contributing to overall team effectiveness.
- Sales and/or healthcare experience is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other relevant languages is preferred.
- US work authorization.
