About the position

The Outreach Manager at Vi Living is responsible for developing and maintaining key relationships and partnerships to promote the services offered within the care center. This role focuses on generating qualified referrals that lead to admissions through various marketing, outreach, and public relations activities. The position requires a proactive approach to identify promotional opportunities and coordinate outreach events, while also representing the company in public speaking engagements and community tours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key relationships and partnerships to promote services offered within the care center.
• Generate qualified referrals resulting in lead generation and admissions for the community.
• Identify opportunities for promoting the community and coordinate referral outreach events.
• Develop and evaluate a quarterly/annual outreach and marketing plan.
• Represent the company and establish relationships with business and community leaders.
• Conduct public speaking engagements and tours of the community and care center.
• Partner with the Sales Director to identify potential care center residents.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, public relations, and/or marketing, preferably in health care.
• Experience with community outreach and presentations to various size groups, organizations, and individuals preferred.
• College degree is required.
• Valid and current state driver's license.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills including public speaking.
• Ability to network with local community leaders, organizations, and professionals.
• Knowledge of operations, services, and continuum of care in all venues in the community.
