TAM Residential, a leading multifamily property management company based in Plano, Texas, is seeking a dynamic and creative Outreach Marketing Specialist to drive our marketing efforts for our residential communities. This position is crucial in contributing to and supporting leasing performance, ensuring strategic alignment with corporate marketing initiatives and client expectations. The Outreach Marketing Specialist will directly influence the level of service and support the regional marketing team provides for our clients and operators. This role requires previous sales experience, and while property management leasing experience with demonstrated marketing and lead generation skills is highly preferred, it is not mandatory. In this role, the Outreach Marketing Specialist will closely partner with the marketing team and leasing performance teams to develop strategic marketing plans. These plans will encompass outreach marketing, preferred employer programs, content marketing, and customer experience support. The Specialist will work to understand the assigned community's key business metrics and goals to align marketing strategies with the unique business challenges of each community. Responsibilities include creating engaging marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and digital content to promote the target portfolio or specific properties, as well as distributing these materials to strategic locations around the communities, housing authorities, and employment centers. The Specialist will also organize and participate in local events to promote the properties and generate leads, utilizing various marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, and community events. Identifying changing market and employment trends and quickly adapting marketing strategies will be essential. The Outreach Marketing Specialist will track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, collaborating with the marketing strategy team, and participate in frequent meetings to provide updates to the corporate leadership team on marketing activities and outcomes. This role requires a strong drive to and from each property, as it is expected that the candidate will spend a majority of their time in the field, despite being a remote role.
