About the position

The Outside Account Executive for Ancillary Greenway Waste & Recycling is a temporary to permanent position focused on driving sales through door-to-door efforts and relationship building with commercial and multifamily clients. The role involves prospecting, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client relationships while utilizing CRM software for reporting and tracking sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential commercial and multifamily clients through door-to-door sales efforts and networking.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our products and services.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to better serve clients.
• Sell junk removal, dumpster, and ancillary service subscriptions to multifamily focused and commercial clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using our CRM system.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a door-to-door setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 2 years of experience in outside sales, with door-to-door experience preferred.
• Multifamily industry experience preferred, with a track record of strong relationships inside of the multifamily industry.

Benefits

• $3000/month base pay
• $600 Car Allowance
