About the position

The Outside Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing Private Label sales across approximately 150 medium to large-sized accounts in North Carolina. This role involves developing strong relationships with key stakeholders within each account, conducting business reviews, and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales. The executive will also handle administrative tasks related to sales management and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Coverage of approximately 150 medium to large sized accounts in a geographic area.
  • Grow Private Label sales within assigned accounts via spot buy opportunities and program placement.
  • Develop relationships with owners/senior managers within each account.
  • Conduct semi-annual business reviews with 'A and top B' accounts.
  • Negotiate incentive programs and maintain a call plan for all accounts.
  • Understand customer go-to-market strategy and conduct one-on-one meetings with sales representatives.
  • Engage in end-user meetings and develop relationships with all relevant constituents within accounts.
  • Responsible for pro-active and creative solution sets.
  • Maintain a 30-day calendar using Outlook, logging all planned appointments.
  • Develop a marketing plan to drive Private Label sales within the territory using marketing collateral.
  • Responsible for new product launch line presentations and sales plan.
  • Use internal resources to uncover, develop, and close opportunities.
  • Understand decoration process, methods, and benefits thoroughly.
  • Manage administrative aspects of the job including weekly reporting and CRM reporting.
  • Manage and maintain alphabroder's presence within accounts.
