About the position

The Outside B2B Sales Representative role is a full-time position focused on selling AT&T products, including Fiber, VoIP, and Mobility services, to small businesses. The representative will manage a mix of provided leads and will also engage in prospecting and cold calling to identify new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, building tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction post-installation, and soliciting referrals after sales.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, cold call, and visit small businesses to offer fiber internet, VoIP, and Mobility services.
  • Perform administrative work related to sales activities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3-5 years of outside sales and retail experience required.
  • Knowledge of B2B Sales Flow.
  • Ability to prospect and maintain a funnel of sales opportunities.
  • Familiarity with Telecom/Broadband products including fiber broadband, copper-line broadband, wireless mobility, and VoIP.
