About the position
The Outside Canvassing Sales Manager will play a crucial role in leading and training a team of canvassers in the field. This position focuses on optimizing canvassing efforts to generate leads and improve performance while ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience in outdoor marketing.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate lead generating outside field representatives.
- Monitor and report on performance and job satisfaction from each field representative.
- Make regular turf visits and shadow new lead-generating Field Representatives in outdoor settings.
- Adhere to and instruct all Field Representatives on CDC health and safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in outside marketing, door-to-door sales, B2B, customer service, or related fields.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
