About the position

Overhead Door Company of Charlotte™, a DH Pace Company Inc., is seeking to hire an Outside Commercial Sales Representative in Springdale, Arkansas. This role is pivotal in developing and nurturing relationships with existing customers while actively seeking and securing new customers through various prospecting activities. The primary focus will be on selling commercial doors and related products to a diverse clientele, including commercial and industrial building owners, managers, educational institutions (colleges and K-12), municipalities, and hospitals in Springdale and the surrounding areas. The Outside Commercial Sales Representative will be responsible for meeting with decision-makers to influence their purchasing decisions regarding our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related products and services. This position requires a proactive approach to cultivating sales and achieving or exceeding sales and gross profit performance standards. The representative will also be tasked with providing timely and accurate estimates and proposals to clients, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented and managed effectively through our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM). Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support the sales team and company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related door products and services
  • Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial buildings owners/manager, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Springdale and surrounding areas
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
  • Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum three years outside sales experience
  • Experience with Blue Prints/Plans and Specs highly desired
  • Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to multi-task
  • Must possess a Valid Driver's License
