About the position

Ameridock, a DH Pace Company Inc, is seeking to hire an Outside Commercial Sales Representative in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is pivotal in developing relationships with existing customers while aggressively seeking and securing new customers through various prospecting activities aimed at selling loading dock equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting with decision-makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of loading dock equipment and related door products and services. This position requires a proactive approach to cultivate sales with assigned contractor accounts, commercial and industrial building owners/managers, educational institutions (colleges and K-12), municipalities, and hospitals in Atlanta and the surrounding areas. The representative will be expected to meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards, provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals, and maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to support the sales process and company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of loading dock equipment and related door products and services.
  • Cultivate sales with assigned contractor accounts, commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Atlanta and surrounding areas.
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
  • Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years outside sales experience.
  • Experience with Blue Prints/Plans and Specs highly desired.
  • Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to multi-task.
  • Must possess a Valid Driver's License.
