The Outside Connectivity Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in the Consumer Direct Sales organization, overseeing a geographically dispersed outside sales team. This position requires a dynamic leader who can effectively supervise, develop, and execute sales strategies to ensure the success of each team member. The role is primarily in-person, based in Marion, OH, and involves a mix of fieldwork and office responsibilities. In this role, you will be responsible for leading from the front, acting as a force multiplier for your team by removing obstacles, motivating team members, and providing individual support. You will engage in recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training of outside sales agents, while also maintaining accountability for performance and expectations. Your ability to foster collaboration with other departments and support teams will be crucial in achieving sales targets and maintaining budgeted headcount.
