About the position

NewSouth Window Solutions is seeking a talented Outside Factory Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a part of PGT Innovations, a billion-dollar company and the leading impact window and door manufacturer in the country, we are looking for individuals who possess a great attitude and a proven work ethic. This position is focused on in-home sales, where you will be responsible for selling our exclusive products directly to customers. Our sales representatives enjoy a commission structure and monthly bonuses that allow them to be among the top earners in the industry. With first-year earnings exceeding $100K and seasoned representatives earning over $200K, this is a lucrative opportunity for driven individuals. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that operates in 14 markets across the Southeast, with a goal to dominate the industry in every market we serve. Unlike other companies that simply resell products, we manufacture, install, and guarantee our own products, providing the best warranty in the industry. Our leads come from our award-winning advertising campaigns, eliminating the need for cold calling or canvassing. Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home sales presentations to potential customers.
  • Build rapport with customers and address their needs and concerns.
  • Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Participate in initial sales training and ongoing training sessions.
  • Utilize technology such as computers and tablets to manage sales processes and customer information.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven in-home sales experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to create rapport.
  • Desire to succeed with a competitive nature.
  • Ability to problem-solve effectively.
  • Familiarity with using computers, tablets, and other technology.
  • Valid motor vehicle record that complies with company requirements.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in the window and door industry.
  • Experience with commission-based sales.
