The Boucher Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Outside / Fleet Sales Representative to join their team at Ford locations in Menomonee Falls, Thiensville, and West Bend. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and possess a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service. While previous automotive sales experience is preferred, the company is open to training the right candidate who demonstrates a can-do attitude and a commitment to professionalism and integrity. As an Outside / Fleet Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers and businesses to promote and sell automotive products and services. You will need to possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and build relationships with clients. The role requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on business-to-business interactions and outside sales strategies. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and maintain an excellent driving record. Additionally, drug testing is a requirement for this position. Responsibilities

Requirements
