The Boucher Dealerships of Janesville are seeking an Outside / Fleet Sales Representative to join their team at the Ford and Chrysler locations. While previous automotive sales experience is preferred, it is not a strict requirement as the company is willing to train the right candidate. In this role, the Outside / Fleet Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with business clients, as well as managing outside sales activities. Candidates must demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as these are essential for effectively conveying information and building rapport with clients. A strong business-to-business sales background is crucial, as the representative will be tasked with identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the fleet market. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with business clients.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
  • Strong business-to-business and outside sales experience.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and technology.
