About the position

Rite-Hite Sales Professionals work within protected territories to represent our various lines of products and services. Our customer base includes anyone with a warehouse, with a particular emphasis on Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers. This is an outside sales position that focuses on growing our new equipment orders and service business, which includes planned maintenance programs, repair services, parts, and accessory products. The role requires the representative to be responsible for growing existing accounts, prospecting and securing new customers, and introducing new products to the territory. Successful candidates will combine a four-year degree with a minimum of three years of successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting. The Sales Representatives must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, be skilled at building productive business relationships, and have a good mechanical aptitude. They must have knowledge of their territory and its customer base, be able to develop solid territory business plans, and effectively cover their territories on a daily basis. This position will cover the Fort Collins (CO), Cheyenne (WY), and Laramie (WY) markets. The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 plus commission, with geographic differentials considered in areas of higher cost of living.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting.

  • Knowledge of the territory and its customer base.
