About the position

As an Outside Industrial Sales Representative at Rite-Hite, you will be tasked with representing our diverse range of products and services within a designated territory. This role is primarily focused on capital equipment sales, targeting large projects and accounts, particularly within the warehouse sector, which includes Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers. You will be responsible for not only growing existing accounts but also for prospecting and securing new customers. A significant part of your role will involve introducing new products to your territory, ensuring that you are well-versed in the features and benefits of our offerings to effectively communicate them to potential clients. Your territory will encompass Lancaster, PA, and the surrounding areas, requiring you to develop a solid understanding of the local market and customer base. Successful candidates will be expected to create and implement effective territory business plans, allowing for daily coverage of their assigned areas. Requirements

  • Good mechanical aptitude.
  • Knowledge of the territory and its customer base.
