About the position

The Outside Recovery Associate at Rural King Supply is responsible for managing outdoor merchandising projects and assisting customers with their purchases. This role emphasizes customer service, ensuring a welcoming environment, and maintaining the outdoor presentation of the store. Associates will engage in various tasks including loading customer vehicles, pricing merchandise, and maintaining cleanliness in designated areas.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate efficient management of outdoor merchandising projects.
• Assist customers in loading their purchases into their vehicles.
• Collect customer signatures for load out tickets to confirm successful transactions.
• Perform load outs for customers from the store to their vehicles.
• Adhere to the Outdoor Merchandising Guide for consistent presentation.
• Ensure accurate pricing of products for customer convenience.
• Maintain cleanliness in the parking lot and designated areas.
• Zone outside merchandising spaces during available intervals.
• Use standard office equipment and retail equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Participate in cross-training for flexibility in various departments.
• Actively participate in learning initiatives and training programs.
• Provide friendly and professional support to customers and team members.
