About the position

The Outside Recovery Associate at Rural King is responsible for managing outdoor merchandising projects and providing exceptional customer service, particularly in assisting customers with loading their purchases. This role emphasizes maintaining a clean and inviting exterior store presentation while ensuring accurate pricing and organization of outdoor merchandise. Responsibilities

• Facilitate efficient management of outdoor merchandising projects.
• Assist customers in loading their purchases into their vehicles.
• Collect customer signatures for load out tickets to confirm successful transactions.
• Perform load outs for customers from the store to their vehicles.
• Adhere to the Outdoor Merchandising Guide for consistent presentation.
• Ensure accurate pricing of products for customer convenience.
• Maintain cleanliness of the parking lot and designated areas.
• Zone outside merchandising spaces during available intervals.
• Use standard office equipment and retail tools such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Participate in cross-training for flexibility in various departments.
• Engage in learning initiatives such as training programs and workshops.
• Provide friendly and professional support to customers and team members.
• Demonstrate Rural King's core values in daily activities.
