About the position

MG Moving Services is a dynamic company dedicated to growth and development, currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers a comprehensive 3-month paid training program, preparing you for success in either inside or outside sales. With potential earnings of $70,000 to $250,000+, this position is ideal for self-motivated individuals with strong communication and problem-solving skills. As a Sales Representative, you will acquire hands-on experience with our products and services during the first month of training. You will engage and educate customers about our processes, instilling confidence in them regarding our services. Your responsibilities will include recommending moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications, as well as communicating move details to the Project Coordination team to ensure a smooth customer experience. Building and maintaining relationships with customers will be crucial, as will providing consistent follow-up to develop a personal book of business to generate referrals. You will also set clear expectations for customers and maximize the sale of additional services, working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities
