Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through outbound calls, email, and other forms of outreach.
  • Run sales meetings from discovery to demo to closing.
  • Achieve monthly bookings and revenue quotas.
  • Develop a deep product knowledge to assist potential clients in evaluating the HR and payroll solutions that best fit their needs.
  • Develop sales and marketing proposals.
  • Educate clients on different benefits offerings and HR services we offer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least three years of successful sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success establishing referral partners.
  • Proven track record of solution sales and closing techniques.
