The Outside Sales Account Executive at Cornerstone Technologies is a full-time role focused on selling IT services and products in the Kalamazoo area. Responsibilities

  • Network and find new sales opportunities in your assigned market
  • Conduct outside sales visits to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Utilize HubSpot to track leads, opportunities, sales activities, and client communications
  • Provide exceptional client service throughout the sales process
  • Manage key accounts and ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs

Requirements

  • A proven track record of developing and closing sales and building relationships
  • Previous experience in the MSP industry is highly desired, but not necessary
  • Above average communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills for the purposes of closing deals
  • Good networking skills and the ability to handle numerous client companies and contacts
  • Ability to work under pressure and devise sales strategies
  • Ability to explain product features and benefits in a way that stands out over competing brands
  • Passionate about selling and finding ways to satisfy clients' needs
  • Resilience and a willingness to deal with rejection
  • Excellent organization and management capabilities, including being a team player
  • Ability to work independently
  • Business relationships in the Kalamazoo, MI area
