About the position

The Outside Sales Account Manager at Elysium Tiles Inc. is responsible for promoting tile collections to both new and established accounts in Idaho. This role involves a significant amount of merchandising, including setting up tile displays in dealer showrooms, and requires frequent travel throughout the territory. The position aims to maximize sales volume by managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities through various lead generation methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing accounts and develop new accounts through cold calling, emailing, networking, and other lead generation methods.
• Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities and identify current customers who may be ideal candidates for Elysium Tiles Inc's products and services.
• Develop a knowledge of Elysium Tiles Inc's products and services and market trends.
• Develop a knowledge of current customer profiles, needs, concerns, objections, etc.
• Identify new business opportunities using CRM tools and other resources.
• Maintain existing customer relationships by identifying ways to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue.
• Participate in product demonstrations to potential customers to increase sales conversion and build brand awareness.
• Continually seek out opportunities to expand sales within the territory.
• Continually seek out ways to improve customer experience.
• Set up various tile displays based on specifications.
• Responsible for keeping the company vehicle clean and well-maintained.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with 3 years clean driving record.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Detail oriented and able to adjust to new systems quickly.
• General computer knowledge and comfort using a phone to get work done.
