About the position

The Outside Sales Account Manager (Multi-Family) is responsible for driving profitable sales growth by prospecting new accounts, retaining existing accounts, and expanding opportunities with current customers. This role focuses on meeting yearly sales goals within core and emerging industries and markets, requiring strong relationship management and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers across all levels of an organization.
  • Manage sales volume with existing customers while actively prospecting and acquiring new customers.
  • Develop and implement plans to expand business presence in the assigned area.
  • Share market insights and competitor information with relevant channels throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with leadership to analyze market trends and customer needs, providing valuable input for effective sales strategies.
  • Attend monthly business meetings for company-sponsored associations and engage in local trade shows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience.
