Continental Resources, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Account Manager for its Test and Measurement Division, which has been a reliable source for electronic test and measurement equipment for over 60 years. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual eager to take on the challenge of selling and renting state-of-the-art products, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and wireless communication testers. The target markets include industrial, aerospace/defense, and communications sectors. As an Outside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts while also developing new business opportunities to generate rental and sales volume for the Instruments division. This position requires face-to-face contact with customers, daily phone calls, and participation in bi-weekly sales meetings and joint sales visits with the Regional Sales Manager. You will be tasked with preparing sales presentations for key accounts and maintaining accurate records in our Salesforce CRM database. The sales territory for this position includes Virginia, West Virginia, Washington D.C., North Carolina, and South Carolina. You will collaborate closely with our inside sales team to drive sales revenue and stay informed about competitors' activities and strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to become familiar with the Test and Measurement industry and engage with various departments such as Engineering, Purchasing, Quality Control, R&D, and Manufacturing.
