About the position

The Outside Sales/Account Manager at Aerotek is responsible for acquiring new accounts, expanding existing relationships, and delivering exceptional service to clients. This role involves collaborating with recruiting and customer support teams to meet client hiring needs and manage payroll expectations for contract employees. The Account Manager also supervises the performance of Recruiters, ensuring effective recruitment and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth by winning new accounts and expanding current account relationships
  • Establish and adjust a list of target accounts and prospects using available resources
  • Set meetings by differentiating Aerotek services
  • Conduct well-prepared face-to-face meetings with decision makers
  • Ensure client needs are met by taking thorough requirements and seeking feedback
  • Maximize profitability by negotiating bill rates and terms
  • Build and maintain relationships within accounts by providing quality contractors
  • Perform sales-related activities including leading meetings and contractor lunches
  • Communicate account knowledge to team members
  • Manage and develop business partnerships with Recruiters
  • Manage recruiter performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • 2+ years of Corporate Sales/Recruiting Experience
  • Collaborated in a team-oriented environment
