We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team as a Texas Packaging Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for actively managing and growing our client base within the packaging industry across Texas. You will have the autonomy to work remotely but will be expected to conduct frequent client visits and prospecting activities to achieve sales targets. This position requires a proactive approach to sales and a strong understanding of the packaging industry. You will be tasked with developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts while also seeking opportunities to grow the business. Your responsibilities will include prospecting for new customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities. You will conduct regular face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs and promote our packaging solutions. Presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals will be essential to meet your sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams will be necessary to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients. Staying updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors will be crucial for your success in this role. You will also be expected to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs related to account visits, new customer acquisition, and revenue targets. Additionally, preparing accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review will be part of your responsibilities.
