Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, canvassing, referrals, and other means.
• Meet with homeowners, assess their roofing needs, and provide accurate estimates.
• Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process, ensuring they understand the benefits and coverage available.
• Negotiate and close roofing contracts with homeowners and adjusters.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and ensure follow-up with potential and existing clients.
• Canvass neighborhoods, attend events, and leverage referrals to identify potential clients.
• Schedule and conduct roof inspections to assess damage and determine project needs.
• Present estimates and contract terms to clients, clearly explaining the process and expectations.
• Communicate regularly with insurance adjusters to ensure timely approvals for projects.
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business or referrals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Some industry or product knowledge preferred.
• Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-oriented self-starter.
