About the position

At Sonsray, we are dedicated to supporting the construction, transportation, and agriculture industries as the largest CASE Construction Equipment dealership on the West Coast. Our mission is to provide comprehensive sales, parts, and service support, including rental and leasing programs for our CASE customers. As an Outside Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by managing the entire line of CASE construction equipment machine sales. This includes a diverse range of machinery such as loader/backhoes, excavators, motor graders, wheel loaders, vibratory compaction rollers, crawler dozers, skid steer loaders, compact track loaders, loader tool carriers, and rough-terrain forklifts. In this position, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with a customer base that includes contractors, utilities, corporations, and commercial and industrial organizations within the Sonsray Machinery dealer territory. Your success will be measured by your ability to attain new business, achieve satisfactory sales volume, and maintain a healthy gross profit margin. You will also be expected to manage your accounts effectively, ensuring that accurate marketing information is maintained through our CRM system. This role requires a self-driven individual with a successful history in outside B2B sales, particularly in the heavy or compact construction equipment sector. You will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be prepared to take on additional duties as assigned by management. The position involves regular travel to existing customers and prospective clients, so a valid Driver's License is essential. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Self-driven with experience in outside B2B sales.
  • Successful history in sales of heavy or compact construction equipment.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with clients.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid Driver's License.
