Lenox Roofing Solutions is seeking a results-oriented and driven Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team in North Charleston, SC. As an Outside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a sales strategy that not only builds new customer relationships but also expands existing ones. This position offers a lucrative compensation plan starting at $80,000 per year, with the potential for more based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice.
  • Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages.
  • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals.
  • Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/revenue-generating activities.
  • Convert 'no' into 'yes' by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points.
  • Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel.
  • Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects.
  • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends.
  • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities.
  • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information.

Requirements

  • A consistent top performer in sales.
  • Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required.
  • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing to your team's goals.
  • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills.
  • Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience.
