About the position

The Outside Sales Account Manager at Axe Elite LLC is a results-oriented sales professional responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to build and expand customer relationships. This role involves prospecting new clients, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales goals through effective communication and negotiation skills. The position offers comprehensive support, including training and resources, to ensure success in a competitive sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Use prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients.
  • Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves.
  • Convert 'no' into 'yes' by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points.
  • Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/revenue-generating activities.
  • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals.
  • Manage inbound calls in response to promotional communications.
  • Identify opportunities and sell Data and Voice solutions to business customers over the phone.

Requirements

  • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred.
  • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills.
  • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales.
  • Self-motivated and self-sufficient.
