About the position

The Outside Sales Account Manager is responsible for promoting Reynolds' software solutions at automotive dealerships within a designated territory. This role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new accounts, and collaborating with area sales specialists to enhance market share. The position requires expertise in the company's core software solutions and offers a company car for both business and personal use, along with necessary technology for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Promote the sale of Reynolds' solutions at automotive dealerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with current customers and find new accounts.
• Work closely with area sales specialists to drive market share growth.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for ERA and POWER software solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years related experience in sales or account management.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus (Sales Associate, Sales Manager, Internet Sales Manager, or F&I Manager).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong persuasiveness and sales-closing abilities.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to travel, with hotel stays, 2 nights per month.
• Valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
