About the position

The Outside Sales Account Manager at Sonsray Machinery is responsible for driving sales of CASE Agricultural Equipment within the dealer territory. This role involves engaging with a diverse customer base, including small to large farming operations, to establish new accounts and maintain existing relationships. The position emphasizes teamwork and collaboration across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire line of CASE Agricultural Equipment sales.
• Attain new business and maintain satisfactory sales volume and gross profit margin.
• Maintain accurate marketing information through a CRM system.
• Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling and personal visits to potential customer sites.
• Sell the company rental offerings and establish new sales accounts.
• Offer a full range of products and services to new and existing customers, including new and used equipment, parts, and services.
• Coordinate with all branch departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers about equipment through demonstrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in agriculture machinery, heavy equipment sales, or heavy truck dealership industry.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a good driving record.
