About the position

The Outside Sales Account Manager at Signarama is responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients in the signage and visual communications industry. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position offers a hybrid work environment and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Research, develop & maintain a database of leads using a variety of sales programs.
  • Sell a variety of signs & graphic products, targeting large accounts.
  • Make a large volume of phone calls and e-mails in order to generate appointments.
  • Perform site surveys, meeting with customers at their place of business, taking measurements, and upselling additional graphics when possible.
  • Generate price quotes and follow up quickly.
  • Work with the team to ensure projects are completed correctly and on time.
  • Perform other tasks as required to complete projects and achieve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven success stories from previous sales experience.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Business-minded with an understanding of quality customer service.
  • General aptitude and mental ability to conduct outside sales.
  • Great attitude, good presence, and energy.
  • Integrity and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to multi-task independently with good follow-through.
