Responsibilities

  • Achieving sales goals through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and upselling.
  • Creating brand awareness and building relationships with customers.
  • Demonstrating the capabilities of products to potential clients.
  • Implementing and selling innovative customer programs to create unique value.
  • Managing a given territory and interacting directly with current and potential customers.
  • Providing service to commercial businesses, federal, state and local buildings, educational facilities, and healthcare/industrial buildings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the local market area using a personal vehicle.
  • Ability and desire to service customers effectively.
  • Computer proficiency.
