The Outside Sales Account Manager will play a crucial role in our growth strategy by actively engaging with owners and investors of single-family and multifamily properties. This position is responsible for expanding the Evernest footprint in the local market and driving organic growth. As a brand ambassador for Evernest, the successful candidate will be expected to network extensively, build relationships, and generate referrals to achieve sales targets. The role offers a base salary of $60,000-$75,000 annually, with the potential to earn commissions that can bring total earnings to $100,000-$150,000 annually, with no cap on commissions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, particularly in a B2B environment, and will be comfortable using technology for communication and CRM activities. They will be expected to meet specific performance metrics, including a closing percentage of over 30% on active leads and adding 300+ new properties under management. The role requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on accountability, drive, and resilience in the face of challenges.
