We operate in 30+ of the nation's most investable markets and manage over 15,000 homes, making us one of the largest single-family and small multi-family brokers and property management companies in the country. Our mission is to manage 25,000 homes by 2024 and 250,000 homes by 2030. The Outside Sales Account Manager will play a crucial role in our growth strategy by actively engaging with owners and investors of single-family and multifamily properties. This position is responsible for expanding the Evernest footprint in the local market and driving organic growth. As a brand ambassador for Evernest, the successful candidate will be expected to network extensively, build relationships, and generate referrals to achieve sales targets. The role offers a base salary of $60,000-$75,000 annually, with the potential to earn commissions that can bring total earnings to $100,000-$150,000 annually, with no cap on commissions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, particularly in a B2B environment, and will be comfortable using technology for communication and CRM activities. They will be expected to meet specific performance metrics, including a closing percentage of over 30% on active leads and adding 300+ new properties under management. The role requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on accountability, drive, and resilience in the face of challenges. Responsibilities

  • Grow the Evernest footprint in the local market by engaging with owners and investors of single-family and multifamily properties.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Evernest, promoting the company's value proposition.
  • Drive organic growth through networking and building a referral base.
  • Achieve a closing percentage of over 30% on active, qualified leads.
  • Add 300+ new properties under management within the specified timeframe.
  • Conduct 3-5 weekly meetings with local influencers in the real estate industry.
  • Add 5-7 new qualified leads to the sales pipeline weekly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
  • Real Estate license (Required).
  • 3+ years of sales experience (Required).
  • Outside sales experience with a proven track record of hunting, networking, and development of a referral base (Required).
  • Ability to pass Real Estate Course & final exam within 60 days of hire.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the real estate industry (not required but a plus).
  • Proficiency in using Slack and Google Suite.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $60,000-$75,000 annually.
  • Opportunity to earn commission with OTE being $100,000-$150,000 annually (no cap).
