About the position

At Sonsray, we're in the business of moving mountains. Sonsray supports the construction, transportation, and agriculture industries. The Sonsray Machinery AG division operates a CASE IH Agriculture equipment dealership, providing comprehensive sales, parts, and service support, including rental and leasing programs for our CASE customers. As an Outside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for the entire line of CASE Agricultural Equipment, targeting small, medium, and large farming operations within the Sonsray Machinery AG dealer territory. This role is crucial for attaining new business and achieving satisfactory sales volume and gross profit margin while maintaining accurate marketing information through a CRM system. In this outside sales position, you will regularly engage with customers away from the employer's place of business. The Account Manager must possess the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management due to operational needs. Your primary focus will be to increase sales and branch revenue, sell the company rental offerings, and establish new sales accounts through cold calling and personal visits to potential customer sites. You will offer a full range of products and services to new and existing customers, including new and used equipment, shot lines, parts, and services. Additionally, you will coordinate with all branch departments to ensure customer satisfaction and educate customers about equipment through demonstrations.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire line of CASE Agricultural Equipment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in agriculture machinery, heavy equipment sales, or heavy truck dealership industry experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Good driving record.
