About the position

The Outside Sales Account Manager at Sonsray Machinery is responsible for driving sales of CASE Agricultural Equipment within the dealer territory. This role involves engaging with a diverse customer base, including small to large farming operations, to establish new accounts and maintain existing relationships. The Account Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and coordination with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire line of CASE Agricultural Equipment sales.
• Attain new business and maintain satisfactory sales volume and gross profit margin.
• Maintain accurate marketing information through a CRM system.
• Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling and personal visits to potential customers.
• Increase sales and branch revenue by establishing new sales accounts.
• Offer a full range of products and services to new and existing customers, including new and used equipment, parts, and services.
• Coordinate with all branch departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers about equipment through demonstrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in agriculture machinery, heavy equipment sales, or heavy truck dealership industry.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a good driving record.
