We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team, focusing on business-to-business sales development. This full-time position requires collaboration with the General Manager to ensure client satisfaction and maintain a high level of service in customer relations. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for building and managing a list of sales leads, pitching to prospects, and expanding the company's client base while also maintaining an existing portfolio of business. The role demands a proactive approach to understanding and meeting customer needs, fostering relationships, and identifying opportunities for additional business with clients. In this position, you will be tasked with achieving sales goals, answering customer inquiries, generating leads, and closing sales. You will maintain an assigned portfolio of business, providing renewal contracts for snow and landscape maintenance services. A thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and products/services is essential to provide excellent customer service and resolve any complaints effectively. You will also be responsible for managing and updating customer information using Salesforce.com, researching target markets, and implementing new initiatives to attract prospective accounts. Additionally, you will assist the General Manager and Sales Department with snow removal sales and onboarding for new property maintenance business. This includes building bids and quotes for new opportunities and ensuring effective communication with clients to meet their expectations. Accurate completion of administrative forms, daily tracking of sales and client activity, and reporting are also key responsibilities of this role.
