The position is focused on driving profitable sales growth by prospecting new accounts, retaining existing accounts, and expanding opportunities with current customers in core and emerging industries and markets to meet yearly sales goals. The role requires the operation of a Company Vehicle or a Personal Vehicle, with such operation being done consistently more than 20% of the average work week. Candidates selected for this position will undergo a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report, and an acceptable MVR report is a requirement for the role. In this role, you will develop and maintain strong sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers across all levels of an organization, ensuring long-term sustainability. You will manage sales volume with existing customers while actively prospecting and acquiring new customers to expand and diversify the customer base. Additionally, you will develop and implement plans to expand business presence in the assigned area, sharing market insights and competitor information with relevant channels throughout the organization to foster strong relationships and collaborative partnerships. Collaboration with leadership is essential to analyze market trends and customer needs, providing valuable input for the development of effective sales strategies and initiatives. You will also attend monthly business meetings for all company-sponsored associations, engage in local trade shows, and represent the organization in regional or national activities as necessary. The nature of the work requires increasing independence, with guidance provided only on unusual or complex problems. You may also provide general guidance or direction to junior level support or professional personnel.
