The position is focused on driving profitable sales growth by prospecting new accounts, retaining existing accounts, and expanding opportunities with current customers in core and emerging industries and markets to meet yearly sales goals. The role requires the operation of a Company Vehicle or a Personal Vehicle, with such operation being done consistently more than 20% of the average work week. Candidates selected for this position will undergo a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report, and an acceptable MVR report is a requirement for the role. In this role, the individual will develop and maintain strong sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers across all levels of an organization, ensuring long-term sustainability. The position involves managing sales volume with existing customers while actively prospecting and acquiring new customers to expand and diversify the customer base. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing plans to expand business presence in the assigned area. Additionally, the role includes sharing market insights and competitor information with relevant channels throughout the organization, fostering strong relationships and collaborative partnerships. The individual will collaborate with leadership to analyze market trends and customer needs, providing valuable input for the development of effective sales strategies and initiatives. Participation in monthly business meetings for all company-sponsored associations, engaging in local trade shows, and representing the organization in regional or national activities as necessary are also key components of this position.
