About the position

The Outside Sales and Business Development Manager (Wholesale) is responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territories of Orange, San Diego, Riverside, and Imperial counties. This role requires a self-driven individual with proven sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain relationships with existing dealers while actively seeking new leads. The position involves regular travel and requires reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a regular call schedule with the current dealer base.
  • Develop new leads by cold calls and scheduled appointments throughout the territory.
  • Open and honest communication with all parties involved.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory on a regular and consistent basis.

Requirements

  • Proven outside sales experience, preferably in wholesale.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Planning and organization skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and applications.
  • Ability to establish new business and grow existing business.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in outdoor living products sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
