About the position

The Outside Sales Associate / Canvasser at Roof Maxx Technologies is responsible for promoting and selling an innovative roof rejuvenating treatment in the Houston area. This role involves engaging with both commercial and residential clients, booking assessments, and closing sales while working independently as a commission-only contractor. Responsibilities

• Book assessments and close sales for Roof Maxx's roof rejuvenating treatment.
• Engage with commercial and residential clients to promote the product.
• Set your own schedule to maximize sales opportunities.
• Work independently as a commission-only contractor.
• Utilize a proven system and receive ongoing support from the operations team.

Requirements

• 11+ years of sales experience, preferably in outside sales.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience in roofing or home improvement sales is beneficial.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
