About the position

As a Business Development Manager at ProDrivers, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market share through new business development and sales opportunities. This position is not just about making sales; it involves providing full end-to-end customer sales and account management. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business with both prospects and existing clients, ensuring that you create a strong pipeline of opportunities. Your day-to-day activities will include cold calling to generate interest in ProDrivers services, arranging meetings, and ultimately driving the entire sales cycle. You will manage client questions and escalations while pursuing opportunities to expand the business further. In this role, you will engage in pre-call research and planning to gain insights into customer needs and priorities, which will help you build relationships at multiple levels with potential clients. Your communication will span various channels, including phone, email, social media, and face-to-face meetings. Engaging with decision-makers at all levels of an organization during the buying process is essential, as is providing consultative account management, post-sales support, and consistent follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities

  • Expand market share through new business development and sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Staffing or transportation background preferred.
  • Demonstrable track record of success in B2B sales.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrable experience using a CRM platform for business.
  • Knowledge of target market, including prospective clients and geography.
  • Fearless, persistent, and motivated.
