About the position

The Business Development Manager at ProDrivers is responsible for expanding market share through new business development and sales opportunities. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from identifying prospects to providing post-sales support, while building strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Expand market share through new business development and sales opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new business with prospects and existing clients.
  • Cold call to create interest in ProDrivers services and generate new business leads.
  • Own the relationship with the client and drive the entire sales cycle.
  • Manage client questions and escalations, pursuing opportunities to expand the business.
  • Engage in pre-call research and planning to gain insights into customer needs and priorities.
  • Build relationships at multiple levels with potential clients via phone, email, social media, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Engage with decision-makers at all levels of an organization during the buying process.
  • Provide consultative account management, post-sales support, and consistent follow-up.

Requirements

  • Staffing or transportation background preferred.
  • Demonstrable track record of success in B2B sales.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrable experience using a CRM platform for business.
  • Knowledge of target market, including prospective clients and geography.
  • Fearless, persistent, and motivated.
