About the position

As a Business Development Manager at ProDrivers, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market share and driving sales growth. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about building relationships and have a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as managing existing client relationships to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. Your role will involve a combination of strategic planning, sales execution, and customer service, all aimed at enhancing the overall client experience and driving revenue for the company. In this position, you will engage in cold calling to generate interest in ProDrivers' services and arrange meetings with potential clients. You will own the client relationship throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sales support. This includes managing client questions and escalations, as well as pursuing opportunities to expand the business. You will also conduct pre-call research to gain insights into customer needs and priorities, allowing you to tailor your approach and build strong relationships at multiple levels within client organizations. Your success in this role will be driven by your ability to engage with decision-makers, provide consultative account management, and maintain consistent follow-up with clients. Responsibilities

  • Expand market share through new business development and sales opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new business with prospects and existing clients.
  • Cold call to create interest in ProDrivers services and generate new business leads.
  • Own the relationship with the client and drive the entire sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Staffing or transportation background preferred.
  • Demonstrable track record of success in B2B sales.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrable experience using a CRM platform for business.
  • Knowledge of target market, including prospective clients and geography.
  • Fearless, persistent, and motivated.
