As a Business Development Manager at ProDrivers, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market share and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as managing existing client relationships to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. In this position, you will engage in cold calling to generate interest in ProDrivers' services and arrange meetings with potential clients. You will own the client relationship throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sales support. You will also conduct pre-call research to gain insights into customer needs and priorities, allowing you to tailor your approach and build strong relationships at multiple levels within client organizations.
