The role requires a self-starter who is comfortable with prospecting and cold calling, as well as someone who can manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail. You will have access to our well-organized CRM and reporting software, which will help you track your performance and the results of your marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will thrive in a results-driven environment and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills. You will be expected to complete marketing events both on-site and off-site, perform presentations to small groups at client locations, and implement our multi-step marketing program. This role requires a commitment of 45-50 hours per week, and offers the potential for uncapped income through commissions on new and growing accounts. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new referring partners that generate revenue
  • Complete marketing events on and off site
  • Perform presentations at our clients' locations to small groups
  • Implement our multi-step marketing program
  • Complete marketing route as required

Requirements

  • Proven account management/sales or other relevant experience, including nurturing existing relationships and prospecting/cold calling
  • Valid OH Driver's License
  • Comfortable in working with and communicating with blue-collar tradespeople and small company owners/executives/managers
  • Self-managed, self-starter
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
