About the position
The Outside Sales Consultant at West Shore Home is responsible for conducting in-home sales presentations to potential clients, leveraging a pre-set appointment system. This role offers a competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure, allowing for significant earning potential. Responsibilities
- Run up to 3 pre-scheduled, in-home appointments each day within your designated area.
- Attend weekly team meetings and participate in individual and group training workshops.
- Lead clients through a personalized one-call close sales process.
- Focus solely on selling, as all leads are warm and pre-confirmed, with no cold-calling required.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with proficiency in reading and writing in English.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Previous sales experience preferred, but not mandatory; recent graduates and individuals from retail or hospitality backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to connect quickly with clients in various environments.
- A competitive nature with a strong drive to succeed.
