About the position

Runwise is seeking a growth-minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly scaling and mission-driven sales team. The SDR will play a crucial role in expanding Runwise's customer base by making initial contact with target building owners and property managers. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn about the climate-tech industry and sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Identify key players and assess business cases for Runwise.
  • Leverage data tools to locate contact information for accounts.
  • Utilize calls, emails, and creative tactics to connect with accounts.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure deals progress through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain clean systems and gain proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and other sales tools.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience as an SDR or in a similar sales role.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening skills and a positive phone presence.
  • Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM applications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in real estate or EMS solutions.
  • Familiarity with automated email tools and lead generation tools.
