About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Southern Calif Air Conditioning Supply Company Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing an existing customer base, generating leads, attracting new clients, and closing deals. Your daily activities will include making sales calls, creating and submitting sales reports, and building rapport with both new and existing customers within your designated territory. You will evaluate customer needs and negotiate successful deals to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals. This position offers commission-based pay with no limits on earnings, along with health insurance for both employees and their families.

Responsibilities

• Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
• Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
• Meet or exceed designated sales targets
• Create and implement an effective sales strategy
• Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
• Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Previous experience in outside sales is a plus
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
