We are looking for two dynamic Sales Managers to join our team and drive our countertops and slabs vertical. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for scouting for new clients, building and managing strong customer relationships, and generating revenue by selling leading brand countertops, slabs, and flooring to construction professionals and businesses across the United States. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring our customers have access to top-quality building materials with bespoke service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our customer base and market presence, generating repeat business and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, addressing their needs and providing excellent service.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings, staying updated on industry trends, and effectively communicating product information to the team and clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns to drive sales growth.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as technology, business, and product, to ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Sales experience in surfaces; countertops and slabs.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) required.
