About the position

Right At Home is hiring for an Outside Sales Manager - Home Care to service the Henderson, NV market and surrounding areas. This role is responsible for developing sales opportunities and promoting a positive image of the company, which has been recognized as the best home care provider and best place to work. The position involves providing tailored services including companion care, personal care, and specialty care for the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales opportunities and promote a positive image of the company in the Henderson, NV market.
• Provide information and education to healthcare professionals, facilities, organizations, and consumers regarding services offered.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the community, healthcare facilities, and referral sources appropriate for Home Care Services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals that can refer clients to Right at Home.
• Represent the agency at health fairs, community functions, and participate in community events for promotion.
• Provide regular reporting to management on sales metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Healthcare Administration or similar area of study.
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales experience, preferably in home health, home care, or hospice.
• Service-oriented and growth-focused, contributing to the organization's mission.
• Passionate about home care sales, with comparable experience in the industry.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent communication and proven relationship-building skills.
• Organized and self-motivated in achieving sales goals.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in home care, home health, or hospice is preferred.
